What You Need...
1 jar (24 ounces) of your favorite Picante Sauce or Salsa
1 Tub (24 ounce) Cottage Cheese
2-3 cups shredded cheese
Greased 9 X 13 pan
What You Do...
2) Start layering!
-dry noodles, meat mixture and cottage cheese until you run out
3) Top with shredded cheese. I like colby-jack. I know that sounds crazy, but this is not your normal lasagna!
4) Cover with foil
5) You can pop it in the fridge to cook the next day OR
Cook at 350 degrees for 1-1.5 hours until cheese is bubbly in the middle.
6) Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving
